I haven’t done a ‘Splurge vs. Save’ post in two years (give or take a few months), but this deal was too good not to share. While shopping at a Forever 21 in Boston, I stumbled upon this adorable little Elephant Parade necklace. When I got back to the hotel and started browsing online, I randomly found another Elephants On Parade necklace-except it was $130 more expensive than the Forever 21 version.
Both are so adorable, so it’s a tough choice. I love everything elephant. The $140 elephant necklace would surly last longer, but the Forever 21 is still an adorable alternative.

Purple is already my favorite color so I’m definitely loving this light shade of lilac that I’m seeing everywhere for spring. These Loren Hope earrings are amaaazing (and they come in a neon-ish yellow with a matching necklace too!!) I really want everything in this post. Unfortunately, the Modcloth bag is sold out, but it looks like you can demand to have it back in stock!

Where did my Christmas break go?? It’s back to work tomorrow. Time to shape America’s young minds once again. I’ve spent my last day of the holidays grading projects and essays and entering grades.
