Reflect Your Style Challenge with One Kings Lane
As you may know, when I moved into my house last August it needed a lot of work. All the wiring and Sheetrock had to be redone, so it left me with a big ole mess right at the beginning of the school year. Now months later, my house is almost done and I can finally start focusing on the decorating and little details that make it a home.
So when One Kings Lane asked me to take part in their Reflect Your Style Challenge I knew it was the perfect time to start thinking about what I really want to do with my bedroom. I have a cabinet that reaches all the way across one wall that could be a perfect vanity area with lots of space-it just needs a little work. 1. Ikat & Leopard Frame: I loved the print on this frame, which would go really well with my tribal-print pillows and quilt on my bed!
2. Marquee Light-Up “Hello Gorgeous” Sign: I absolutely love this “Hello Gorgeous” sign! My wall has a lot of space, so this would fit perfectly along with the mirror. Plus, it’s great inspiration for getting dressed at your vanity!
3. Vevey Oversize Mirror: This gold leaf finished mirror serves as the centerpiece of the vanity and it went great with the purple and gold color scheme I was going for.
5. Wood Elephant: I have a mild obsession with elephants, so this little guy was a must. Plus, one of my accent pillows is an elephant-it’s meant to be!
6. Oval Tray: This ivory stripe tray would be great for holding jewelry and accessories on my vanity. My necklaces are currently thrown everywhere, so this would be the perfect little organization accent.
