I will try my best to not bombard you with tons of runway photos even though there were so many looks I loved at Baton Rouge Fashion Week. There were so many great things about the night including the body paint by Christopher Youngstar, the adorable little girls in tutus by Ms Smitty, and of course the looks by JuJu’s Boutique, iMe, Love R.O.C.S and LSU designers.

As if Baton Rouge’s first fashion week wasn’t exciting enough, there was a Mardi Gras parade going down the street, which just added to the festivities. And how cool is it for the Capitol building to be in the backdrop of the show? It was definitely the perfect location.

For me, the most exciting part was having my name on the step and repeat on the red carpet. It was such an incredible honor to be an official part of Baton Rouge Fashion Week… definitely the highlight of 2014 so far. I loved seeing it come together from the model search in January to the Big Night on Saturday. I cannot wait until next year because I know it will be even bigger and better. A HUGE thank you to OBRFW Founder Brandon Campbell and the BRFW crew (I know they worked their tails off… Julie, Chelsea, Glynna, just to name a few!) for including me in this amazing night.

And a big thanks to Diana from Foster the Fashion for the photos! What would I do without my blogger friends?
