Oops! Today’s post is about 5ish hours late, but it’s a SNOW day so I slept in! Ok, so it’s more like an icy rain kind of day, but I’ll take it. Who would have thought moving to South Louisiana would mean more snow days for me?

So it’s 11 a.m. and I’m still in my pjs drinking coffee…. mostly wondering if the mall is open today (and if I can make it 5 minutes down an icy road).
