Sprouts Farmers Market is opening in Baton Rouge on June 26! And judging from your response on my Instagram post, you are as stoked as I am! Last week, I shared 5 Reasons Your Healthy Self with Love the New Sprouts (Spoiler: they’re all about a healthy living approach — for less $$$). So now that I’ve gotten you all amped up for the new location, today I’m sharing 5 ways you can save even MORE money at Sprouts!
Baton Rouge Grand Opening Deals:
Before I get into the EVERYDAY ways you can save at Sprouts, I want to share a few special promotions happening in our new Baton Rouge location on June 26. Doors open at 7AM!
- The first 200 shoppers in line will receive 20% off their initial total purchase.
- Get coffee and muffin samples served in line before the doors open.
- At checkout, every 15th shopper will receive a coupon book with more Sprouts savings.
- Every customer will receive a free reusable bag with purchase.
We’re not done! To celebrate their Grand Opening WEEKEND, the first 200 customers to make a purchase on Saturday, June 29 will receive a coupon booklet for 5 free deli items.
Then on Sunday, June 30, every 15th customer at checkout will receive a coupon for $5 off a purchase of more than $15 to use on their next visit.

1- In-Store Markdowns
Sprouts Farmers Market’s main mission is to make healthy living affordable — not a luxury. So fun fact: more than 1/3 of the store is on promotion at any given time!
2- Lower-Priced Produce
Sprouts is famous for its farm-fresh produce section — and the best part is it’s on average 20 to 25% below regular supermarket prices. At the new Baton Rouge location, one of the first things you’ll notice is the produce displayed at the center of the store.
Plus, in addition to the regular produce like apples and avocados, you’ll find more unique items like cotton candy grapes, lychee, start fruit and more!
3- The Bulk Department
Sprouts has something called the “Bulk Department” where you can buy as little or as much as you need. They have more than 300 bins and barrels filled with items like coffee, grains, nuts, seeds, beans, granolas, spices, sweets and much, much more. Grab a bag and a tag and scoop in as much as you want. The idea is it takes less packaging so that means the savings are passed on to you. 4- The Sprouts App
With the phone app, you’ll save even more with their exclusive digital coupons, checkout challenges and promo codes. 5- Double Ad Wednesday
Maybe the best for last… everyone loves Sprouts for their Double Ad Wednesday! The weekly ad prices run from Wednesday to Wednesday, so you can save even more in the middle of the week when the ads overlap. Two ads on one day means double deals!
