We’ve already established my love for RaceTrac, and now that back-to-school is in full swing, I want to share my hidden secret for rushed mornings. Since I’ve been working with RaceTrac this summer to share their Wintastic rewards, today I wanted to share some of my favorite go-to breakfast options at RaceTrac to make your mornings a bit easier! Check out my 5 Quick Breakfast Options With RaceTrac below!

When I was a teacher, I passed a RaceTrac every morning — usually stopping in to grab myself a coffee, breakfast or even lunch. RaceTrac was my go-to for mornings that I just couldn’t seem to get it together for myself lol. I was ALWAYS running late, so I knew I could stop by and grab something in 2 minutes vs making it myself or going with the other option — starving.

1- Crazy Good Coffee

But first coffee… seriously. RaceTrac has a “Crazy Good Coffee” bar with LOTS of options when it comes to coffee blends (you can see it behind me!). They’ve got 100% Hazelnut, Regular, Columbian, Guatemalan, Decaf and a Dark Roast. PLUS, you can grab cappuccinos, iced coffee, hot teas or hot chocolate.

Their coffee is all 100% Arabica beans — the highest quality of coffee.

AND RaceTrac actually has a NEW coffee machine that lets you pick your favorite coffee bean, and it’s grinded right in front of you for the freshest possible cup!

2- Premium Breakfast Sandwiches

One of my favorite RaceTrac options is their breakfast sandwiches.

For breakfast you can grab sausage, egg & cheese croissant or a chicken biscuit — there are plenty of options. The buttermilk biscuits and croissants are made fresh in store every single day.

My personal fave is the chicken biscuit! You can see they’re a pretty big size — I would eat half of it on the way to work, then eat the other half later in the morning when I needed a snack before lunch.

And this is pretty cool — starting this month, RaceTrac is offering a Kellogg’s Eggo Waffle Breakfast SANDWICH for a limited time. You get syrup, sausage, egg and cheese all stacked together between two waffles. Um… yes, please.

3- Donuts

I know I said the sandwiches were my favorite, but now I’m doubting myself — because the donuts are pretty dang good too. Especially the ones covered in icing and sprinkles!

It’s self-serve, so grab yourself however many donuts your heart desires. But def grab a sprinkle one. :)

4- Kolaches

RaceTrac’s roller grill options are pretty amped up on a regular basis with hotdogs, egg rolls, taquitos, etc. But for the morning you can grab kolaches too!

And you can see in the pic, that you might as well grab a hash brown while you’re at it. Or pizza. Because pizza is always great for breakfast. Whatever… grab one of everything!

5- Fresh Fruit

I guess we better include at least one healthy breakfast option — especially if we’re going with the donuts and chicken biscuits most days of the week. :) RaceTrac has fresh fruit like bananas and fruit packs already packaged for you. I’d grab these for breakfast or to eat as a snack later in the day.

They also have yogurt and even pre-made juices in the refrigerator section.
