Three Roll Estate’s Cane Killer Cocktail
Hang on, Pumpkin Spice. I’ve got a tropical cocktail to share before we light too many fall candles and turn on Hocus Pocus. Today, I’m sharing Three Roll Estate’s famous CANE KILLER recipe — their spin on the Pain Killer.
ABOUT THREE ROLL:
Three Roll Estate is Louisiana’s single-estate distillery (and one of few in the country!), which means Three Roll does its own farming, milling and distilling. Three Roll’s tasting room is located at 760 St. Philip Street… right on the edge of downtown Baton Rouge.
Plus, planning our wedding coincided with buying our new house. Having a pool really increased the demand for more boat drink recipes, so we managed to go through quite a few Three Roll bottles of rum!
1.5 oz Spiced Rum
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Orange Juice
0.5 oz Coconut Puree
Using a shaker, pour in the coconut puree, orange juice, pineapple juice and spiced rum.
Add ice.
Shake shake shake.
Pour into glass with ice.
Garnish with orange slice.
Top with a dash of nutmeg.
