You’ll be able to sample and taste 15+ local & gourmet foods & drinks, 10+ different brands of wine, multiple local breweries & distillers & more! Happy Fourth of July! Head downtown to the levee after dark for the USS KIDD Fourth of July Spectacular! Fireworks on the levee — or head to a rooftop to catch ’em.

Eye Wander Photo is hosting a reception to celebrate the collaboration of photography and film in one exhibition: WANDERLUST. The reception starts at 6PM with drinks and refreshments at The Gallery at Manship Theatre. Aaron Hogan will be sharing a glimpse in to his travels from around the world — Iceland, Cuba, Italy and more will be displayed at The Gallery at Manship Theatre from May 16th through July 31st. Red Stick Spice Co. is hosting its first annual Guts & Glory Popup Dinner benefiting Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of LA/MS. Five courses. Five food artisans. All for a good cause. Red Stick Spice Co’s store owner Anne’s family is affected by this chronic, auto-immune disease for which there is currently no cure. Awareness and understanding is Anne’s number one focus at interim President of the Foundation. Crohn’s & Colitis affects 1 in 200 people, and funds raised go toward research into the causes and hopeful cure for this often-misunderstood disease. 100% of the funds raised by the Guts & Glory Popup Dinner go directly to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of LA/MS.
